Abstract
In this study, the experimental analysis of calibration and verification methods of Nano-Particle analyzer was investigated by using PNC (Particle Number Counter), VPR (Volatile Particle Remover) and vehicle test. First,it was investigated the analysis about calibration and verification features of nano-particle of overseas cases. Secondly,to find effects of evaporating tube temperature and dilution device temperature in VPR, it was investigated for error sources of particle number measurement system . Also, this study was analyzed about the results of vehicle test in two different laboratories to evaluate reproducibility. Besides, this study was performed on the correlation test based on the measurement results of two different equipments under the same conditions. From this study, it was found that the correlation of the two devices was relatively good, but environments and conditions of laboratory affect the measurement. In addition, maintaining the temperature of measurement instruments are very important. Also DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) is an effective instrument to reduce PM (Particulate Matter).
