Abstract |
Biomass pyrolysis is one of the useful thermal treatment process which can generate solid, liquid and gasphase
usable product like fuel and chemical feedstock. In general, it is known that process parameter contained
temperature had an effect on yield and chemical composition of bio-oil. Effect of temperature and gas velocity(
U0/Umf) on the yield of bio-oil has been determined in a bubbling fluidized bed pyrolyzer. Our study also
was focused on the change of bio-fuel composition using GC-MS. The yield of bio-oil was decreased with an
increase of pyrolysis temperature and gas velocity. Also it should be noted that our study also focused on the
composition change of bio-oil using GC-MS. The oil yield decreased as the pyrolysis temperature and gas
velocity was raised over 400 and U0/Umf=3.0. The maximum yield of bio-oil was as follows; Quercus Acutissima=
58%, Larix Leptolepis=55% and sewage sludge=56%. And, value added chemicals such as pyrocatechol,
guaiacol, syringol and levoglucosan was existed in bio-oil generated from biomass pyrolysis. |
