Efficiency Evaluation of Organophosphorous Pesticides Analysis by ASE pre-Treatment Technique and its Application to Vegetable Samples

Abstract
Application of ASE technique for the extraction of organo phosphorous pesticides from vegetables turn out to be optionally useful. QC recoveries of 6 organo phosphorous pesticides were lied on the range of 80-105%. MDLs were 0.028-0.050 mg/Kg. However, those analytes which are not considered as stable to heat were not suitable for ASE extraction. The degradation of these compounds such as dichlovos and diazinone were accelerated under ASE condition - high pressure, high temperature. Organic and non-organic vegetables are collected and residual organo phosphorous pesticides concentration were determined by means of ASE concentration technique. No residual organo phosphorous pesticides were found in the vegetables regardless organics or non-organics. It could be the result of positive effect "sustainable agriculture campaign" to people who work in agricultural field in general.
